The first is a flexible magnet with the picture of Downton Abbey and the names of all the major characters from Seasons 1, 2, and 3. The second magnet is very popular in our store - Keep Calm and Ask Carson to Bring Tea. These will be given away together as a set.

This is one of my all-time favorite quotes from the Dowager Countess of Grantham. In one of her first attempts to use the telephone, she is frustrated with the poor connection when trying to talk to nephew "Shrimpy". She asks "Is this an instrument of communication or torture?" I think we have all felt that way about the telephone at one time or another! I know I have!
